Definitions
KVKK: Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person/employee, including but not limited to identity, address, phone, email, ID number, driver's license number, passport number, etc., as well as information contained in their personnel file.
Protection of Personal Data: In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), any information that serves to make a natural person identified or identifiable falls within the scope of personal data. We wish to inform you about your personal data held by VEZİR MEDİKAL SAN. ve TİC. AŞ., regarding its processing purposes, legal grounds, collection methods, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK, both related and unrelated to these matters.
1. Data Controller and Categories of Personal Data
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your data related to identity information, contact information, information that may be included in the content of the message you have sent to us, marketing information, and transaction security information may be processed by VEZİR MEDİKAL SAN. ve TİC. AŞ. (“the Company”) as the data controller, within the scope detailed below.
2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
As the data controller, the Company collects your personal data, which may be included in the content of the message you have sent to us, such as your name-surname, phone, email, address, etc., through the contact form you fill out on the website, via written or electronic methods based on explicit consent, within the framework of legal grounds arising from and executed based on relevant legislation, contracts, requests, and rules of honesty, in order to fulfill our legal obligations arising from the KVKK and other relevant legislation, to provide you with our quality services, and to carry out our business activities in this context.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data collected through the contact form is processed for the limited purposes of evaluating the messages you have sent, meeting your requests, creating, processing, and finalizing your request, responding to your information requests regarding our services, carrying out communication activities, tracking requests/complaints, and executing service processes, depending on the subject of your request in the contact form.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is transferred to our group companies, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, provided that your explicit consent is obtained or within the scope of the condition that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject." Furthermore, your personal data is transferred to our business partners residing abroad, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals; with your explicit consent, or without seeking your explicit consent if they are located in countries with adequate protection/deemed safe as announced by the Personal Data Protection Board.
As stated above, the Company will only share your personal data based on your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation, with sufficient measures taken domestically and necessary security measures taken abroad. This sharing may occur for the execution of the Company's activities with our business partners, business connections, and stakeholders; due to the information technologies we use, with servers located domestically or abroad and the firms providing this server support; with domestic/international individuals and institutions from whom we receive physical server and/or cloud services; suppliers processing data on behalf of our Company; or public institutions or organizations legally authorized to request this data, including but not limited to other relevant authorities.
5. Source and Legal Basis
Your personal data, collected from you through electronic means, written or oral data transfer via the website, is collected and processed based on the legal grounds of "it being mandatory for the data controller to process data for its legitimate interests, provided that this processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," as stated in Article 5/2-f of the Law No. 6698, and your explicit consent as stated in Article 5/1, for the purposes of protecting the rights and interests of the data subject, providing you with rights and benefits for the establishment of a business relationship, maintaining and developing internal activities, and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation, limited to the purposes specified in Article 3 of this text.
6. Application Procedures and Principles
As the data subject, you can submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in the Data Subject Application Form. You can do this by filling out the relevant form and sending a message with a mobile or e-signature to our email address info@vezirmedikal.com.tr, or by submitting a written application with a wet signature in person or through a notary to the address GAZİ MAH KINIKASLAN SOKAK NO:10/1 YENİMAHALLE ANKARA. The Company will finalize your application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee from the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by the Company.
